This is an extremely simple and quick, yet very delicious way to make a soup. I discovered it while I was cooking frozen corn, and added a bit of salt to it. It was already ok, but I also decided to add a bit of Vegeta (vegetables powder) to make it even better, and voila!
Off course, there are many other ways to prepare a corn soup, adding many other ingredients, but IMO, it’s not really necessary.
It’s pretty much like the regular basic soup, though with a touch of corn taste. As it’s only water and spices, it’s perfect for the summer, since it lacks any grease.
Finally, instead of eating the corn I started cooking, I ate the soup and left the corn for another meal. 😉
