Barcelona has been nominated as the best beach city in the world. 4,5 kilometres of seafront are divided in seven beaches, each with its own charm and facilities.
Lined with chiringuitos that offer snacks and drinks during the day and fiesta as the sun goes down, beach volley and other beach sports, there’s something for every taste.
The beaches from the city centre towards the Forum square are: Sant Sebastia, Barceloneta beach, Bogatell, Nova Icaria, Mar Bella beach (nudist part), Nova Mar Bella, Llevant.
