CosmoCaixa is a private science museum in Barcelona run by “la Caixa” Community Projects, with many attractions for the whole family.

Walk through the Amazon rainforest, with the crocodiles, piranhas and other exotic animals of this region, explore the rocks and materials that form our planet, or go farther into space in the Planetarium.

The building itself is a beautiful example of the Catalan Modernisme from 1904, highighted by an equally impressive annex from 2004.
