For those who don&#8217;t know, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?&amp;q=lane+biscuit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plazma<\/a> is a biscuit made in <a href=\"https:\/\/resabi.com\/kitchen\/category\/serbian-cuisine\/\">Serbia<\/a>, in some countries also known as <strong>Lane<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"><strong>Replacement:<\/strong> if you can&#8217;t get ground Plazma you can replace it with the regular one, or another biscuit (Petit Beurre is a decent replacement). In that case, smash the biscuit a bit before putting it into the blender.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-211fb9a4 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">\n<div id=\"ingredients\" class=\"wp-block-group ingredients has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2dl milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup of ground Plazma (Lane) biscuit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp of whipped cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"method\" class=\"wp-block-group prep has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour the milk, cream and Plazma in a blender or mixer and mix it for about 2 minutes. Pour in a glass or cup. You can decorate your Plazma shake with a chocolate syrup or a cookie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you make it with the mixer, you will get the crunchy structure like the one in the image above. If you make it in the blender, you&#8217;ll get a more consistent &#8211; mortar-like structure, like in the photo on the right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you want a Choco Plazma shake, just add 2-3 teaspoons of cocoa powder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serving recommendation:<\/strong> If you have straws, do serve the shake with them.
