Mo\u017ee biti <a href=\"https:\/\/resabi.com\/kitchen\/sr\/category\/posni-recepti\/\">posan<\/a> ili mrsan, a ovako sa mesom je dovoljan za ceo obrok. Ukoliko je previ\u0161e slan ili kiseo, isperite ga i iscedite. Po potrebi ponovite ovu radnju dok ne bude prihvatljiv. Imajte u vidu da \u0107e tokom kuvanja sva voda ispariti, te \u0107e kupus biti slaniji i kiseliji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dinstanje:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Crni luk sitno iseckati i propr\u017eiti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kada luk poprimi zlatastu boju, ubaciti kupus i prome\u0161ati. Dodati malo vode (oko 100ml) da ne zagori.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sitno iseckati beli luk i ubaciti. Dodati jedan lovorov list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dinstati uz povremeno dodavanje male koli\u010dine ulja ili masti i malo vode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kada podvarak bude upr\u017een, tj. kada ostane bez vode i dobije boju, dodati za\u010dine (so, papriku, biber).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pe\u010denje:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zagrejte rernu na 220<sup>o<\/sup>C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iseckajte slaninu na kri\u0161ke (oko 5mm), a svinjske \u0161nicle na kockice (oko 2cm). U tiganju propr\u017eite slaninu, i na njenoj masti (po potrebi dodajte ulje ili mast) propr\u017eite \u0161nicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ukoliko podvarak niste spremali u vatrostalnoj posudi ili \u0161erpi koja sme u rernu, vreme je da se prebaci u neku od njih. Podma\u017eite posudu za rernu (ulje ili mast da pokrije dno posude), prespite podvarak i ubacite u rernu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pecite petnaestak minuta na 220, a zatim smanjite na 180 stepeni i pecite jo\u0161 oko pola sata.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serviranje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao glavno jelo se te\u0161ko kombinuje sa prilozima, mada ima ko voli da kombinuje sa pirin\u010dem ili krompirom. Tako\u0111e se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti i uz <a href=\"http:\/\/resapiens.com\/sr\/proja-sa-sirom\/\">proju<\/a> umesto hleba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umesto salate mogu se jesti sirov beli lukac i ljuta papri\u010dica.
