It basically says that 80% of the result is achieved with 20% effort and vice-versa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As usual, I&#8217;ve applied this principle to a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamieoliver.com\/recipes\/lamb-recipes\/barbecued-lamb-lollipops-with-spiked-hummous-nuts\/#0Ct2vYFWv0ex2Lzh.97\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fantastic recipe<\/a> found at Jamie Oliver&#8217;s site, adapting it to the basic ingredients I had at home. The result was delicious, and it took only 20 minutes of work (plus a little waiting) to complete.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group recipe-box has-base-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">\n<div id=\"ingredients\" class=\"wp-block-group ingredients has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1kg lamb chops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cloves garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A teaspoon of crushed dry paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sea salt, rosemary and ground cumin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"prep\" class=\"wp-block-group method is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prep<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mince the garlic. Season the lamb chops with sea salt, rosemary, cumin and minced garlic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour it all into a plastic bag or foil. Sprinkle with olive oil, close the bag and rub it so the lamb will absorb all the ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should leave it for an hour or two so it all mixes nicely, but if you&#8217;re in a hurry you can skip this step.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat a grill pan and add the chops. Grill them for 4-5 minutes each side until they&#8217;re golden brown and sizzling.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can serve with rice, sour cream or any salad you prefer.
