While I&#8217;ve seen something like this in many restaurants, it&#8217;s never as simple and tasty as my own. I named this salad bunny salad, because it&#8217;s two main ingredients are supposedly the bunnies&#8217; favorite treats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No bunnies were harmed while conducting this delicious experiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The salad basically consists of cabbage and carrots, it&#8217;s very healthy and nutritious and it&#8217;s also very refreshing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you like to complicate food, you can experiment adding other ingredients such as <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/culinaryarts.about.com\/od\/seasoningflavoring\/qt\/Balsamic-Vinegar.htm\" target=\"_blank\">aceto balsamico<\/a>, corn, onions, garlic, mushrooms, soy sauce, etc, but I prefer it simply seasoned with oil and salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-base-background-color has-background is-horizontal is-layout-flex wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div id=\"ingredients\" class=\"wp-block-group ingredients has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/2 kg (half a smaller one) cabbage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 kg carrots (8 mid sized)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tbsp oil (doesn&#8217;t need to be olive)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pepper, chili flakes if you like<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div id=\"prep\" class=\"wp-block-group method has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You need to cut both the carrots and the cabbage into thin stripes, about a thumb long. For the cabbage, a knife will do, but the carrots will be much easier with a peeler or similar cutting device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put in a bowl and pour salt over. I suggest you leave it for 5-10 minutes because the salt will make the vegetables more tender and easier to stir.
