Neke od namirnica su ne\u0161to skuplje, ali ve\u0107ina su jednake ili jeftinije od svakodnevnih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovde ne\u0107u nagla\u0161avati da se radi o posnom hlebu, posnom margarinu, postu na ulju i sl. jer se podrazumeva. U ovom slu\u010daju mast zamenimo za ulje (po \u017eelji i mogu\u0107stvu maslinovo). Ako \u017eelite dodajte malo soli. Ako je hleb ra\u017eani, integralni ili crni, verovatno \u0107e biti ukusnije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tost\/Dvopek\/hleb sa medom ili d\u017eemom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Meda i d\u017eema ima u svakoj ku\u0107i, ukusni su, a naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e zaboravljeni, bar do posta. Ako ste ipak za ne\u0161to egzoti\u010dniju kombinaciju, probajte sa ne\u010dim slanim i jakim, npr. zelenim maslinama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tost\/Dvopek\/hleb sa kikiriki puterom i d\u017eemom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogi prevr\u0107u o\u010di kada \u010duju za ovu kombinaciju, ali zapravo je mnogo dobra i daje dosta intenzivan ukus. Mo\u017ee da pro\u0111e i kao slatki\u0161 \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ka\u010damak sa lukom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako volite slan ka\u010damak, probajte sa pr\u017eenim lukom (i pe\u010durkama po \u017eelji umesto slaninice).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vodena popara<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako verovatno nije ukusna kao i sa mlekom i sirom, posna popara mo\u017ee da bude zanimljiv obrok za promenu. Mo\u017eda ste probali ribu na \u017earu, ili pe\u010denu. U mnogim ribarnicama danas ribu pr\u017ee i peku po narud\u017ebini (odre\u0111ene vrste ribe).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Riblji kroketi ili panirane lignje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeftini, lako se spremaju, a i deca ih obo\u017eavaju. Riblji kroketi su u su\u0161tini 3\/4 bra\u0161no i 1\/4 riba, ali ok. Obavezno pripremiti marinadu (na kraju &#8220;riblje sekcije ovog teksta&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lignje na \u017earu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Skuplje, ali veoma ukusne i dobrodo\u0161le za promenu. Znatno su napornije za pripremu i nisu dovoljne za ru\u010dak, ali su svakako osve\u017eenje. Obavezno ih dobro o\u010distite iznutra. Iako se na njihov izgled mnogi &#8220;prefinjeni&#8221; zgra\u017eavaju, ukus kompenzuje. Ovako spremljen gubi intenzivan miris mora. Priprema se isto kao i lignje na \u017earu, samo \u0161to se stavi i malo belog luka sa njima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salata od hobotnice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne\u0161to ekstravagantnija varijanta i verovatno najskuplja na ovoj listi. Kod nas se hobotnica uglavnom nalazi ve\u0107 spremna, pa se \u010dak i ova salata \u010desto na\u0111e ve\u0107 spremna. Ukoliko ne na\u0111ete, potrebno je skuvati sitno iseckane delove hobotnice, kuvati oko sat i po, a zatim staviti u salatu zajedno sa paprikom, crnim lukom i lovorom i zaliti uljem i sir\u0107etom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salata od Tunjevine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa tunjevinom se mogu napraviti <a href=\"https:\/\/resabi.com\/kitchen\/sr\/brza-salata-od-tunjevine-i-paradajza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Brza salata od Tunjevine i paradajza\">razne salate<\/a>. Neke od njih se mogu i kupiti, ali su znatno skuplje tako, nego kada se naprave kod ku\u0107e. Pustite ma\u0161ti na volju i dodajte luk, papriku, kukuruz, zelenu salatu i sl. po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept za salatu od tunjevine mo\u017eete prona\u0107i <a href=\"http:\/\/resapiens.com\/sr\/posna-tuna-salata\/\">ovde<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marinada za ribu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111e poznata i kao &#8220;zeleni sos&#8221;. Iseckati par \u010denova belog luka na \u0161to sitnije, sipati malo per\u0161una, ulje i sok od limuna. Ako ba\u0161 imate potrebu za ose\u0107ajem mesa, mo\u017eete ubaciti \u0161ampinjone ili druge pe\u010durke. Ukus pasulju u najve\u0107oj meri daju luk, vegeta, so i zapr\u0161ka. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prebranac<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedno od omiljenih jela u Srba tokom posta, i to ne bez razloga. Pored toga \u0161to je veoma ukusan, <a href=\"https:\/\/resabi.com\/kitchen\/sr\/prebranac-jednostavan-posni-recept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Prebranac \u2013 jednostavan posni recept\">prebranac <\/a>prili\u010dno zasi\u0107uje, pa je \u010desto i dovoljan kao glavno jelo uz neku salatu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept za posni prebranac mo\u017eete na\u0107i <a title=\"Prebranac \u2013 jednostavan posni recept\" href=\"http:\/\/rs.resapiens.com\/prebranac-jednostavan-posni-recept\/\">ovde<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kiseli kupus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Verovali ili ne, podvarak je mogu\u0107 i bez mesa (nemojte me ga\u0111ati paradajzom zbog ove izjave, probajte). Za ukusan \u010dorbast kupus dovoljan je kiseli kupus, luk, paprika, so i vegeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pirina\u010d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo ispr\u017eite beli luk (na kri\u0161ke), sipajte vodu, kada provri dodajte vegetu i so, a zatim i pirina\u010d. Idealno uz grilovano povr\u0107e ili grilovane pe\u010durke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grilovano povr\u0107e \/ pe\u010durke<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesto ukusnije i od samog mesa sa ro\u0161tilja, grilovane pe\u010durke, bundeve, patlid\u017ean, praziluk, paprika i sl. su pravo otkrovenje za okorele meso\u017edere. Samo za one sa ja\u010dim stomacima. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hibridni ali-oli umak<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Originalni ali-oli se pravi od belog luka i ulja (katalonski: ali &#8211; beli luk, oli &#8211; ulje), mada se \u010desto umesto ulja sipa majonez. U ovom slu\u010daju mo\u017eete sipati posni majonez, beli luk, so i limun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salata od pasulja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako imate kuvani pasulj u konzervi, mo\u017eete mu dodati luk, papriku i sir\u0107e i napraviti ukusnu i hranljivu salatu.
