Zatim kuvajte u poklopljenoj \u0161erpi uz povremeno me\u0161anje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kada meso bude pribli\u017eno kuvano i poprimi braonkastu boju, dodati pirina\u010d, za\u010dine i beli luk. Prome\u0161ati i kuvati jo\u0161 2-3 minuta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U ve\u0107u \u0161erpu sipajte ulja da pokrije dno i jo\u0161 malo, pore\u0111ajte tre\u0107inu zelja, pa prelijte polovinom fila. Po \u017eelji dodajte slaninicu. Zatim pore\u0111ajte jo\u0161 jedan sloj zelja pa ostatak fila. Poklopite preostalim zeljem tako da sve bude prekriveno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nalijte vodu &#8220;da ogrezne&#8221; i kuvajte na srednjoj vatri polupokriveno oko pola sata do sat (dok vi\u0161ak vode ne uvri).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serviranje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz sarmu od zelja najbolje idu kiselo mleko, mladi luk, rotkvice i drugo prole\u0107no povr\u0107e.
