Naut (nepe\u010dene leblebije) su jedna od namirnica poznate kao  superhrana zbog svojih nutritivnih svojstava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip\"><strong>Napomena:<\/strong> Pazite da vam u prodavnici ne daju pe\u010dene leblebije umesto sirovih.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-base-background-color has-background is-horizontal is-layout-flex wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column ingredients is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sastojci\">Sastojci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500g pasterizovanih leblebija (ako ste uzeli sirove, potrebno ih je skuvati i olju\u0161titi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 puna ka\u0161ika Tahini (Taan) paste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 limun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 \u010dena belog luka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-3 Ka\u0161ike maslinovog ulja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ka\u0161i\u010dica aleve paprike<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column prep is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\" id=\"prep\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ako su sirove, ostavite leblebije u vodi da preno\u0107e (mo\u017eete da dodate malo sode bikarbone). Kuvati leblebije dok ne omeknu (oko sat) i zatim ih o\u010distiti od ljusaka. <strong>Sa\u010duvati vodu<\/strong> u kojoj su se kuvale (ili vodu iz konzerve).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iscediti sok od limuna, iseckati beli luk na \u010detvrtine (zbog blendera, nije neophodno).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skuvane i o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene leblebije presuti u posudu za me\u0161anje i ispasirati u srednje gustu pastu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodati Tahini, beli luk, limun i so, te izme\u0161ati sve.&nbsp;Ukoliko je previ\u0161e suv humus, dodati malo vode u kojoj su se kuvale leblebije.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Po \u017eelji napraviti par brazdi vilju\u0161kom i sipati malo devi\u010danskog maslinovog ulja (nikako od komine!) preko humusa, i ukrasiti listom-dva nane i malo aleve paprike<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serviranje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko servirate Humus kao prilog, dobro se sla\u017ee uz ja\u010da mesa, ro\u0161tilj, ribu\u2026 Uz njega dobro idu masline, kao i razne salate od sve\u017eeg povr\u0107a i mediteranske \u0111akonije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po \u017eelji ga mo\u017eete ukrasiti listom-dva nane ili per\u0161una, ili pak s malo aleve paprike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arapi humus jedu uz \u201epita hleb\u201c, tj. pljosnati hleb bez kvasca, mada mo\u017ee da poslu\u017ei i kupovna tortilja ili somun. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bil hana!
